A 60-second orientation to what we cover, how we write it, and which articles to read first.
FinEstate is a publication for salaried Indian professionals who want to understand the financial system on their own terms — without sales pitches, without buy/sell calls, and without the abstraction of macro reports written for institutions. We publish primary-source-verified analysis of four areas every Indian household interacts with every month.
The Four Pillars We Cover
What the Reserve Bank does, why it does it, and how monetary policy ripples into your home loan, deposit returns, and FX-sensitive purchases. Inflation prints, repo-rate decisions, currency moves.

How to Read FinEstate
If you have 10 minutes, read the most recent piece in whichever pillar matters to you this month. RBI announcements, inflation prints, and banking-sector developments are time-sensitive. Personal finance and real-estate pieces age slowly — they are written to be useful six months out.
If you have an hour, work through a topic cluster. The DICGC explainer plus its companion piece on co-operative bank licence cancellations, for example, give you a complete view of deposit-safety frameworks. The CPI plus WPI inflation pieces together explain price pressure at both ends of the supply chain.
